Majestic Gold Corp. (TSXV: MJS · FSE: MJT) is the publicly listed parent. It holds a 58.75% interest in Persistence Resources Group, the operating subsidiary listed on the HKEX (HKEX: 02489).
Through Persistence Resources Group, Majestic Gold operates the producing Songjiagou Gold Mine in Shandong Province, China, and holds a 52% interest in the adjacent Muping / Mujin gold project.
