About these filings
Payments to governments, fully disclosed.
Canada's Extractive Sector Transparency Measures Act (ESTMA) requires extractive companies above defined thresholds to publicly disclose all payments of CAD$100,000 or more made to any government — federal, provincial, municipal, or foreign — in a given financial year. Majestic Gold files an ESTMA report annually, covering payments made by the parent company and its consolidated subsidiaries.
